These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of lonestarmedia.com (the "site"), operated by Lone Star Media ("Lone Star Media," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About this site

Client names, logos, and testimonials belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, such as evaluating our services. Otherwise, please don't copy, modify, distribute, or reuse the content without our written permission.

What you send us

When you contact us, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential information through the contact form; if a project needs it, we'll arrange a confidentiality agreement and a secure way to share it. If you send us ideas or feedback about the site, we may use them without any obligation to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Other terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
